At Olive Tree People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your holistic beauty journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all olive-based skincare products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or log into your account portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
